Victor Sahate has spent thirty years building the brands, products and creative platforms that move categories, and the businesses behind them. He operates inside the product, the brand system and the creative organisation, where decisions cost money and the work has to ship. Earlier roles: Chief Design, Creative and Product Officer at Descomplica; Creative and Design Director at Google (Paris, London); Executive Digital Creative Director at McCann Worldgroup (London, Milan). Recognised with more than 80 international awards, including Cannes Lions, The Webby Awards, One Show Interactive and Red Dot, and featured by Fast Company, TIME and the World Economic Forum.

Now: Design Director and Co-Founder at Flesh and Bone (https://fleshandbone.studio); Design and Creative Advisor at Teachy and Workfuse. He works with The Sahate Stack, six custom-trained AI minds (OPERATOR, COMPASS, CRITIC, EDITOR, EYE, FORGE) applied to every engagement.
